Quality Policy

Radiant ‘s quality policy has been formulated  as  per industry standards  and is committed to meet the requirement of it’s valued customer’s quality needs  for execution of all  projects.

At Radiant we shall

• Continuously monitor our quality performance in relation to the effectiveness of our Quality management system and drive perpetual improvement  by root cause analysis and taking corrective action while executing our projects.
• Reinforce our commitment to Quality at all levels  while executing our projects meeting client’s/customers specific project requirement.
• Strictly adhering to the requirement of our QMS  as stipulated in our corporate management system(QMS)
• Appropriate controls  beyond CMS  for specific projects and activities
• Strive continuously the quality objectives of the company

The responsibility for application of this policy rests with us at all level.

Safety Policy

• To provide adequate control of the health and safety and environmental risks arising from our work activities;
• To consult with and educate our employees on matters affecting their health and safety;
• To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment;
• To ensure continuous training  for safe handling and use of substances;
• To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees;
• To ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training;
• To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health;
• To maintain safe and healthy working conditions
• To commit to reduce the harmful effects the Company’s operation might have on both the local and global environment.
• To implement training program for staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company’s performance.
• To dispose off in an environmentally safe manner any by product, industrial/ chemical waste or other material that has potential to adversely affect the environment.
